Work Experience

Voluntary Assistant

Calder Business Training

At Calder Business Training I voluntary help teach adults, including those with special needs, how to use a computer and help with any projects they might have. One of the hardest projects was showing a student how to use CAD software and a 3D printer to make small model buildings. This also involves showing them how to use a device such as a computer, tablet or mobile phone. I also fix problems either relating to the device, a peripheral device or a network.

September 2014 - Present

Support Technician

TenTen Systems LTD

At TenTen systems LTD I was doing tasks such as building and setting up computers for clients. I was also able to accompany a member of staff to a clients site where I was able to locate a fault and fix the problem while being supervised.
